Today I read in Psalm 25. I read the whole chapter; however, I really focused on the first 5 verses and let them sink into my heart.
In verse 1, he talks about how that he lifted his soul up to God-his entire well being was in God's hands. The psalmist goes on to ask God to "shew me, teach me, and lead me".
I like the order of that-Shew me the way, teach me about the path, and lead me on the path. We are so dependent upon God. We should rid ourselves of any self-sufficiency and rest in His Sovereign hands.
